TIMOTHY W. NELSEN is a 1986 graduate of the Creighton University School of Law and a 1982 graduate of the University of Nebraska. Tim’s primary areas of practice include Criminal Law, Family Law, and Litigation.

KELLY J. WERTS is a 1994 graduate of the Creighton University School of Law, magna cum laude, and a 1991 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Business Administration. Kelly actively practices law in the areas of Estate, Business and Tax Planning and Real Estate.

MICHEAL E. ZISKEY is a 1997 graduate of the Creighton University School of Law and a 1994 graduate of the Creighton University School of Business Administration. Criminal Law and Family Law are Michael’s primary areas of practice.
